New strengths on Nobly's board

We are well underway building on the foundation Nobly stands on – and that requires the right people around the table. That is why we are very pleased to welcome Betina Nygaard and Kåre Kjelstrøm to our board.

The right profiles at the right time

As Nobly develops, we have felt a clear need to strengthen the board with more perspectives and strong sparring partners. We have been looking for profiles who both understand the growth journey we are in the middle of, and who have experience navigating a technically demanding industry.

The timing feels exactly right. With a strong focus on Nobly Insight and an exciting development ahead of us, it is important for us to have the right people close by.

”We have been looking for people who can not only contribute experience and skills, but who also want to be close to the company and the everyday reality we are in. I really feel we have found that in Betina and Kåre – and I am incredibly looking forward to having them join us on the journey.”

Meet Betina and Kåre

Betina brings more than 20 years of experience from the SaaS industry and has led both the start-up and scaling of companies. Today she works as an advisor and board member with a focus on M&A, growth, digitalisation and internationalisation. This gives a very particular insight into the phase we are in now, and strong sparring for both the ownership group and the management.

Kåre has more than 25 years of experience within software engineering and technical leadership and is today CPTO at ZeroNorth, where he works with digital innovation and sustainable solutions in the shipping industry. He will be an important sparring partner for us – particularly in the technical and strategic areas where much of our development is taking place right now.

Together with our chairman of the board Hans Henrik Bondegaard and owners Morten and Simon, they now form a board we are extremely looking forward to working closely with in the next part of the journey.
