We are proud to finally share that we have entered into an agreement with Eurowind Energy, marking the beginning of an extensive collaboration focused on process optimisation and automation.

With more than 600 employees and operations in 16 markets, Eurowind Energy is one of the leading players in the development of solar and wind power projects. As a growing company, they have an increasing need for flexible and efficient systems that can support their continued expansion and ambitious goals.

That is why Nobly has been chosen as a partner to implement a new enterprise content management platform. This solution not only ensures a consistent structure for document management, but also makes it possible to scale and adapt the system to the company’s needs. This is made possible by our comprehensive archive solution and process support via OnBase, with which we have solid experience.

Morten Have, CEO of Nobly, says about the collaboration:

“We are extremely proud that Eurowind Energy trusts Nobly as an organisation to take on this task and help make the processes at Eurowind Energy more efficient.”

Future-proof process management

As an international growth company, Eurowind Energy operates with different working methods and systems. With one unified platform, they can ensure consistency across departments and countries, and easily integrate OnBase with the company’s other systems.

Nobly’s primary task is to support Eurowind Energy’s workflows throughout the organisation. In the first phase of the collaboration, Nobly will replace Eurowind Energy’s current archive solution. We have been in contact with all 16 locations within Eurowind Energy to ensure that the system accounts for all the local work processes, and together we have mapped out what is needed for OnBase to be integrated with Eurowind Energy’s other solutions.

Expanding Nobly’s areas of expertise

Historically, Nobly has primarily served as a partner for clients within the financial and healthcare sectors, where high security requirements are essential. The energy sector, of which Eurowind Energy is a part, also has increasing security requirements, making this collaboration a natural extension of our expertise. Many of the processes we already work with in OnBase fit the needs of the energy sector well.

As Morten Have, CEO of Nobly, puts it: “We see the energy sector as a natural extension of our areas of expertise. The security requirements and the process management we have experience with from the financial and healthcare sectors can be transferred to the energy sector, where the need for efficient and secure handling of processes is growing.”

The future for Nobly and Eurowind Energy

The collaboration between Eurowind Energy and Nobly marks a new and exciting phase in both companies’ development. Together, we are working to create efficient, sustainable solutions that can drive renewable energy forward.

”At Eurowind Energy, we look forward to starting to reap all the benefits that come with the solution from Nobly. We are pleased with the collaboration with Nobly, which demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and great insight into which solutions fit a business like ours.”

Lotte Pape Topholt, Global Head of IT, Eurowind Energy

As part of the collaboration, Nobly will later this year train 40 key employees from Eurowind in using OnBase. This team of “super users”, with representatives from all of Eurowind Energy’s markets, will be central to ensuring that OnBase creates value throughout the organisation.

We look forward to supporting Eurowind Energy on their journey towards a more digital, efficient and sustainable future.
