2025 has been the most exciting year in Nobly’s 14-year history. We have delivered on projects, onboarded new colleagues and customers, and carried out significant organisational changes: new systems, new structures and new ways of working together.
Last autumn we set three overarching objectives that have guided our work in 2025 — employee satisfaction, customer engagement and positioning Nobly for further growth.
These three goals have given us a clear direction and a shared language across departments. They have helped us prioritise, make bold decisions — and at the same time hold on to what makes Nobly, Nobly: the people and the culture.

2025 has been my first full year as CEO, and it has without doubt been the most eventful year in Nobly’s history. I am proud of how we as an organisation have handled major changes — and at the same time delivered results at a high level. We hold on to our culture and remain curious about the future. As a leadership team we have learned a lot — and as an organisation we have grown stronger than ever. In 2026 we take the next step. We hope to see the initiatives we have invested in give us entirely new tools to steer by.
We will position ourselves even more clearly as Scandinavia’s leader in intelligent information management by combining our own software stack with strong workflow solutions. Here AI and knowledge from our customers’ own documents and data support the critical decisions — from case processing to analysis — rather than being a separate layer on top.
We will continue to be an entrepreneurial, curious and value-creating partner that customers choose, not because we are the biggest, but because we are the best to work with.
